Ramon Clemente, SA, as the responsible party  for the website, pursuant to the terms of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals rights with regard to personal data processing, is updating its privacy policy to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered. This website and all its contents, including the texts, images, sound and any other materials, are property of Ramon Clemente, SA. The contents manager is WordPress and the topic is selected on Themeforest, consists of two parts: PHP and HTML code, integrated under the general public license (GLP, GNU General Public License), and the other sections by a purchase and usage agreement with Envato.

Purpose and legitimisation of processing

The purpose of processing these data is the management of mailing of technological, social and environmental information related to the company.

  • To establish personal and private contact by email, if the user thus wishes.
  • To answer queries and/or provide information required by the user.
  • To send new communications if the user has given express consent by subscribing to the newsletter.
  • The legitimisation of processing these data is the user’s express and explicit consent.

Keeping the data

Your data will be kept as long as they are needed to provide the requested services and, after this provision has finished, they will be kept for the legally required periods of time for possible responsibilities stemming from the service provided. Concretely, and with regard to the mailing of commercial communications by email, they will be kept indefinitely as long as you do not request otherwise. Which personal data we collect and why / Form to subscribe to the newsletter

Via the subscription form we obtain the minimum and essential information for our mailing list to send you the contents with the previously mentioned conditions. You will provide these data on this form: email, name and surnames.

We keep the subscription forms for a specific period of time with the purpose of providing the best service possible to users, although without using the information for advertising purposes. If the user requests cancellation, his or her data will be deleted from the company email list.
