Glass manufacturing process
The company’s glass manufacturing process follows a continuous and linear path. It starts with the loading of the raw materials in the melting furnace. Then, the glass gob is formed, and the bottle is shaped. The final stages are the annealing process and quality control.

Painting and decoration of glass containers
At Ramon Clemente, not only do we manufacture glass containers, but we also paint and decorate them. This way, we achieve unique, cutting-edge designs for our customers worldwide.

What is Post-Consumer Recycled Glass?
PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) is post-consumer recycled material, in this case, glass, retrieved from municipal waste collection services. This means that this material has passed through an end consumer.
